Call them and tell them that Rogers is offering you whatever phone you want for x price (like if it's a 149$ phone say they are offering it to you for half the price), waving your activation fee for starting a new contract and giving you a better monthly plan so you want to cancel your plan with them. They will send you right on over to retention and give it about 30 minutes of ~arguing~ and you can get the phone you are looking for pretty cheap. I mean they aren't gonna give it to you for free, but you could save some money. Just keep repeating Rogers, rogers, rogers and you will get what you want.
