Inside the magazine, the 'Call Me Maybe' star has explained that - despite her song being catchier than anything we've ever heard before - she owes much of her runaway success to Justin Bieber.
Apparently the 'Boyfriend' singer heard Carly on the radio while "washing dishes at his mother's house" (really?) and immediately took to Twitter about it, bringing the tune to the attention of his 29 million-plus followers.
He also starred, alongside girlfriend Selena Gomez, in an extra special music video for the song. AND he invited Carly Rae Jepsen to go on tour with him. We guess he knows a fair bit about super fandom after watching his Beliebers day after day.
And Carly, despite some thinking she may feel eclipsed by her biggest fan's fame, insists that she will never get tired of talking about the Biebz:
"I'm forever indebted to him for the lovely boost that he's given me."
"I never get tired of being asked about him."
