GABRIEL AUBRY Strikes Out in Family Court



Gabriel Aubry took another lump in his war with Halle Berry today ... a judge just rejected his bid to have the restraining order removed ... which means he still can't visit with his daughter Nahla.

Gabriel had gone back to court today to ask the judge to lift the emergency restraining order that was issued against him on the day he got beat up by Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez.

Initially, the restraining order was supposed to stay in place until Dec. 3 ... but today, the judge acknowledged there was a clerical error ... and the order can only stay in effect until Thursday Nov. 29.

The order prohibits Gabriel from going within 100 yards of Nahla, Olivier or Halle.

Gabriel wanted the order to end TODAY -- but the judge shut him down.

Now, Halle and Olivier will have to go to court by Thursday if they want to keep Gabriel away from them and Nahla.

From Radar Online A judge has ruled that Gabriel Aubry will be allowed to resume visitation with Nahla, with unspecified precautions in place to protect her safety. Story developing…

Normally I'm biased and pro girls when the situation calls for it, but one of my first jobs on a film set almost a decade ago now was with her and it was absolute H-E-L-L. I can't even imagine anyone genuinely liking her or wanting to be around her. She's a fucking nightmare. I had to work on another movie she's in again 2 years after that but most of the scenes she was in, I didn't work on thank god

First one was Catwoman. Legit my 3rd time on a movie set ever (the other two were White Chicks and a tv show called Still Life (lolirl I don't think this one ever aired lol)). I was an extra but because a stand-in was missing, one of the crew dudes asked me to stand on an X and not move while they measured/worked on some angles. She was in her Catsuit bitching the whole time and yelling that it was too hot then too cold then too hot etc. She walked right by me, stepped on my foot with her crazy-ass high heels, turned around and yelled, "Why are you in my way?!" then started cursing all over the place. I haven't seen the movie but it was a scene where someone (she I think) orders a Russian Martini.

Have no stories from X-Men 3 though (I was a featured extra, and later an assistant on that one but didn't work near her much)

I've heard many stories from people who have worked around her and say how crazy difficult she is to be around.

She's fucking insane. Thank god I work in PR for movies now and am comfy in my office but I swear I don't know what I'd do if I had to try and sell commercials of her movies to TV stations because I feel like I'd want to put them during the shittiest shows with the worst ratings. I'm evil I swear....nah I won't do that but I fucking loathe her.
