GABRIEL AUBRY Halle Berry's Fiance THREATENED TO KILL ME!



Gabriel Aubry has obtained a restraining order against Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez, who busted Gabriel's face during a brutal brawl on Thanksgiving ... and Gabriel's declaration (which includes graphic photos of his injuries) paints a radically different picture of what went down at Halle's on Thursday.

According to Gabriel's declaration, the day before Thanksgiving, Gabriel took Nahla to her school play. Halle and Olivier showed up and Olivier walked up to Gabriel and whispered in his ear in French, "I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us."

The next day, Gabriel says he took Nahla to Halle's at around 10 AM. He says in a completely unusual move, Olivier came out of the front door -- usually the nanny was the go-between. Gabriel claims Olivier said, "We need to talk." Gabriel says he walked toward his car to close his door when Olivier jumped off the stairs and knocked Gabriel to the ground and started brutally beating him, screaming that Gabriel cost them $3 million to fight the custody war (Halle's failed move to take Nahla to Paris).

Gabriel says Olivier took his head in his hand and slammed it on the concrete driveway.

Oh I was wondering what the pic of his hand was for and someone just explained to me that it's to back up that barely touched him whereas Olivier's were swollen.

Yup the attorney was very smart to photograph that. Unless he bitch slapped OM, I really don't see how he's the aggressor. If he sucker punched him or missed, is it excusable for OM to beat the crap out of him?

Can criminal charges be filed against OM? Where's the Sheriff's office? If OM is charged with assault and battery, I hope INS deports this loser.

In some states, if another person throws a punch, you can do whatever and its still called "self defense." Kinda fucked up if you ask me because Oliver went above and beyond "defending" himself.

Wow, after seeing the photo of Gabriel and the swelling of his face right around his right eye, and Olivier talking in an interview about how he has 'a great left hook', I am pretty sure Olivier was trying to hurt him as much as possible.

This picture seriously scares me. It reminds me of a traumatizing photo my grade 2 class was shown of a kid who got a serious head injury because he didn't wear his helmet while biking.

Yeah, but the only people claiming Gabriel was the aggressor are Team Halle. So, there really isn't proof he has "rage" issues that made him go after Oliver. I'd love to see the tape TBH.

There is no way in hell I'd let my kid around Oliver if I was either of her parents after seeing the damage he inflicted. Lets see what Halle does. Looks like she's just as loved up with Oliver as ever.

What gets me is that Halle's side made a statement saying that Nahla shouldn't be near anyone that dangerous. Want to do a side by side comparison Halle because if anyone shouldn't be near Nahla, its Oliver. Then people wonder why people call Halle crazy or suspicious. All parties are guilty in this but she is not innocent in this situation either, especially with that statement. GTFO with this Halle Berry is a saint shit.

Well I hope after all is said and done, Halle and OM's career are toast. Really people are still going after Chris Brown (not a fan but I'm stating a fact) about how he beat the crap out of Rihanna but OM gets a free pass because it was "self defense?"

I hope the Judge pays attention to those photos.

I understand this story is about people from all over the world,with all the money they could need, and can jet-set between paris, la , new york, montreal, ect.. but it has such a small town feel to it.

It would not surprise me in the least if this were a more accurate (but still sensationalized) account of what happened then what halle's people are trying to push because olivier martinez is a fucking douchebag and now one can add violent jackass to that description.

halle should be trying to keep her daughter away from olivier not gabriel. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER PEOPLE. There is a child involved. Get your heads out of your asses and think about HER FIRST

Ohhhh there's a lot of stuff being thrown around, I'm getting confused (clearly by my comment in this post), I feel like we'll never know who did what to who.
All I know is that all three seem very unstable rn and they are ruining Nahla's childhood.

I'm just glad that Social Services are involved now. Hope Nahla gets put with a more responsible family member until her parents sort their shit out.

Halle should finally get her shit together. She's the one who wants to take her daughter away. Even during the promo of her movies or shoe collection she talks about how bad it is to live in America. She needs to understand that she isn't allowed to take Nahla away from her dad. That's the reason why they fight. It's in her hand.

idk how the fight started but based on Gabriel's face and finding out Oliver was a former boxer, no matter what I def change my mind and he went to far with the fight. It definitely looks like he took advantage of the situation. smh, oblig poor Nahla comment.
