lol ik i'm going to get eyerolls for this but in my opinion (i am a stan but yk) he's not, he's generally said to be really polite/sweet/professional to fans, the people he works with, etc. i think people are still holding on a bit to how he was when he was like 15/16, but he's grown up a lot imo. i'm not saying he's perfect or anything bc lol no but he's really not as bad as people think lol.

I didn't mean for my comment to be rude. Just some of the things I hear Justin does I think are ridiculous, which to me can mean being a little shit, but I think for the most part he's harmless.
He seems harmless to me. I never got why adults thought it was funny to make fun of a 16 year old like that. It's kind of telling that they still do it (especially the lesbian mess) but call him the douchebag.
