yep, worst decision was killing off Rita. I know some fans didn't care for her but I thought she was the glue that held Dexter together. Without her he has no "home".
Just like Lila, neither Lumen nor Hannah give Dexter that inner oasis that Rita provided. I feel like he's forcing himself to connect with these women only to be disappointed because they are missing the uniqueness that Rita gave him.
Season 4 was seriously the last best season of this show. I actually even enjoy Season 3 more than the mess of the past 3 seasons.
I thought Season 5 was the last good season. Lumen and Chase were great characters, imo. The whole season just seemed rushed and artificial. But those two characters made up for it.
