Brawl between Aubry and Martinez captured on cameras

Security cameras captured much of the action in the brutal fight between Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

The video hasn't yet been turned over to LAPD but Gabriel Aubry is anxious for that to happen fast.

Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend and the father of her child has told pals the video will prove Olivier Martinez started the brawl, and he only acted in self defense.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Aubry and Halle's fiancé Martinez got into a knock-down, drag-out fight Thanksgiving morning.

Aubry was dropping his and Halle's daughter, Nahla, off to spend Thanksgiving with her mother when the two men got into it.

"Officers responded to a a radio call at about 10 am," the LAPD Hollywood Division Watch Commander told us.

After cops broke up the brawl, Aubry was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He reportedly suffered a broken rib and cuts to his face, was treated and released to the police. Martinez also ended up going to the hospital with a possible broken hand.

Aubry was later booked for misdemeanor battery, and was released after posting bond.

Before the evening was over, Halle and Olivier were seen going to a friend's home where it is believed they spent the night with Nahla.

As expected, Gabriel has his own version of the story. It sucks that the fighting in courts is going to continue (poor Nahla!), but if this is true, it's good to hear that the whole thing was captured on cameras and there's some substantial evidence of what happened and not just biased reports.

really?

Yes, really. IDGAF about people bringing in their anecdotal personal stories and trying to apply them to third parties they've never met.

not that I care about your feelings about me but my point wasn't what happened to me but rather what this society does re the treatment of people in Halle's situation

as in: no matter what you think you're detaching yourself from when you make comments on this situation, you are, whether you like it or not, applying stigma against mental illness to your rationalising of it

i hope you get that, but please don't reply, regardless. you make me vomit in my mouth.

RME This is a public forum and if you don't want people replying to you you shouldn't reply to them. Otherwise you'll just have to deal with it - probably by at least getting a paper bag.

Also, as I already said, IDGAF about people trying to extrapolate deep conclusions about society from personal experiences. And considering that I wasn't even addressing Halle Berry's mental illness - other that side-eyeing people for trivializing it - I couldn't possibly be rationalizing something I wasn't even talking about. *shrug*

'probably by at least getting a paper bag.'

Wow. You should be ashamed of yourself for commenting to her with that. Absolutely despicable. Horrible even by ONTD standards.

eta: Sorry I'm still in shock that you said that. What a low, low blow.
