Photo Follow Up From The Thanksgiving Fight at Halle Berry's haus

While Gabriel Aubry has gone to ground following the dramatic Thanksgiving brawl, his love rival and opponent Olivier Martinez was spotted making an early-morning visit to the liquor store.

Martinez, 46, opted for a half-hearted disguise by wearing a cap, but was nevertheless prepared to face the photographers on his 'victory walk' - after apparently coming off better than Aubry in yesterday's fight.

Still, Olivier's hand appeared to have swelled some more overnight - and looked bloated and painful as he stopped by Gil Turner's Fine Wine & Spirits in Los Angeles on Friday.

Later on Friday Halle was snapped taking Nahla to see a show at the Nokia Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles.

Gabriel, 37, meanwhile, was pictured being whisked out of LAPD's Downtown jail in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

He had a contingency in place for the photographers, though, cowering from the flashbulbs under a blanket in the backseat of an SUV as he was driven away.

Bail Bondsman David Perez of David Perez Bail Bonds paid Aubry's $20,000 bail - before picking him up at around 6pm.

Aubry - father of Halle Berry's daughter Nahla - was charged with battery and taken into custody upon his discharge from hospital at around 3.30pm on Thursday - where he was treated for a broken rib and bruises to the face.

His booking sheets lists him as 6ft2 and weighing 180lbs.

The pictures emerged as fresh details of the horrific fight between Aubry and Martinez continued to unravel.

Nahla was apparently saved from witnessing the full brutality of the fight - after Halle rushed her inside the house as the two men started to face off, TMZ reports.

However it is unclear if she did witness some of the fight.

It was initially reported the brawl happened inside Halle's house - but it is now claimed the altercation played out in the large driveway, according to the website.

After Olivier said to Gabriel 'We have to move on,' the Canadian model is said to have retaliated and pushed the French actor and tried to punch him before a full blown fight broke out.

Gabriel and Halle - who split in 2010 - have been at odds ever since she tried to convince a judge to allow her to move to France with Nahla, a move which was recently blocked by the courts.

On Thursday a judge issued an emergency protective order in the wake of the melee - meaning Gabriel must stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and Nahla.
Onlookers told TMZ the fight was 'brutal', with the website describing a blow-by-blow account of the melee.

Under cover: Gabriel Aubry hid his gangly frame under a blanket as he left jail on Thursday, hours after being charged with battery over a brawl with love rival Martinez

Making a getaway: The model's bail was posted by a bondsman, who collected Aubry in a white SUV

A source said: 'Olivier blocked [Gabriel's punch] and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead... Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, a struggle ensued, ending when Olivier pinned Gabriel to the ground.'

Olivier performed a citizen's arrest on his love rival, before police were called to the scene and arrested Aubry for battery.

Meanwhile, Olivier also required hospital treatment - and arrived at the Cedars Sinai Hospital around an hour after Aubry.

The model-turned-actor was later pictured leaving the hospital, with Halle and Nahla in tow, and took the wheel of the car despite sporting a swollen hand, which he may have fractured during the fight.

Let me get this straight, if you had a child that your share custody with the father and he kept putting things out there in court that you have to deal with being investigated and nothing sticks so the next thing that comes out is that they're gonna take your child out of the country because his new gf/wife is from there, you win that move but you drop your kid off for the end of your time and the new gf/wife comes up to you ad starts shit talking you and tells you "you got to move on". What would be your reaction? There's a lot of holes in this story, as I stated in the lj cut, but why did Olivier have to talk to Gabriel?

i wouldn't start throwing punches. and if i did, i'd be the immature one.

i'm not seeing any other info in this story other than that he said 'we have to move on' and then gabriel got violent. suppose olivier was just trying to talk to him and aubry started to get resentful just for him being there?

TMZ broke this story and they're known for being more on a Pro-Halle slant.

This story has 4 sides and we've only heard from 2, halle and olivier. Gabriel's side will come out soon enough. It's just when will the truth come out
jeveuxmacaron 24th-Nov-2012 03:35 am (UTC)
but you are admitting that you think that aubry's side will be more truthful. i am curious to know what aubry has done to deserve such good faith from everyone.

Where did you get that? Do you not understand the quote I was talking about

For every story there are 3 sides, side 1, side 2, and the truth. the truth is a blur of both sides.

There's tons of hole in this version we're getting rn and it'll be interesting to contrast it with Gabriel's. Unless there's a video we'll never know side 4
jeveuxmacaron 24th-Nov-2012 03:46 am (UTC)
but what i am saying is that you are already dismissing the two sides you have heard, with a background that is unfairly against halle in my opinion.

Except that stuff has stuck, because Gabriel was ordered into anger management courses. So you may believe that Halle is a lying crazypants, but so far the courts have sent Gabriel into anger management and he's now landed Olivier and himself in hospital after attacking him.

I am all for "don't talk about my damn kids"

I am here for that because you don't talk about people's kids , end of story.

But I would not subject my kid to a physical altercation unless that person was threatening my child ....
