Yup, I remember when that entire scandal unfolded. I was living on Columbus Avenue and 94th. NYC was really unsafe at that time and Cops were pinning shit on so many innocents.

Minorities were scapegoated the worst during that time. Even during Giuliani, although I often felt like Giuliani went after everyone regardless of race.
