As tensions continue to build following this month's court decision denying Halle Berry the right to relocate her daughter to France, the situation came to a head Thursday morning at the actress's California home.
A physical altercation occurred between Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and fiancé Olivier Martinez as Aubry was dropping 4½-year-old Nahla off at her mother's home to celebrate Thanksgiving, TMZ reports.
According to the site, Martinez, 46, approached Aubry, 36, to speak with him and the two began to brawl. Both men were hurt – Martinez may have a broken hand and neck injuries, while Aubry suffered a broken rib, contusions to the face and a possible head injury – and are being treated at the hospital.
Aubry was reportedly place under citizen's arrest for battery and is required to stay 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez and Nahla as the result of an emergency protective order, TMZ reports.

Any other time ya'll wanna rip people apart for ... you know "trying to look hear both sides" but Halle Berry is an exception.
Two white men fighting .... they can't possibly be assholes , somebody HAD to provoke them ... lets all point fingers to the darkest person in the room.
I'm not saying she's responsible for this, but I don't think it's just because she's black and female.
It makes no sense for that to even cross anyone's mind
like this 'fact' that people harp on that she killed a person when all i can find online is that the people in her hit and run received minor injuries

Olivier's the asshole for being such an instigator in a situation where his opinion is irrelevant. Idc about Halle but I don't particularly like her. I feel bad for Gabriel because he's the one who's had to deal with Halle trying to move Nahla to another continent while he clearly loves her. And I thought at one point Halle said Gabriel was verbally abusing Nahla or something? Might have been someone else though.
ugh I feel sf bad for Nahla; honestly she needs to be under someone else's care because obviously it's impossible for that hell trio to behave, disgusting.
Halle's history makes no sense at all

also people like to act like she doesn't have mental issues and like her past relationships were well , David Justice to beat the crap out of her.

If I attacked my GF's ex because we wanted him out of our lives, I'd say he instigated, too. I'd knock him out, citizens arrest him, and have my cohort of witnesses to go against him.
End of story.
Both men need to be taken in for questioning.
