If "bad boy" means a guy who maintains a certain degree of emotional aloofness, yes. I cannot argue that. I am such a culprit of getting bored way too fast. I'll crush really hard on guys who don't show me any interest, and as soon as I bag them, I stop caring. Even worse, if I sleep with them, I tend to dislike them afterwards.
