Oh it's just Houston's annual Thanksgiving Parade where they invite everyone including local hobos to be featured in the parade. It's so bottom shelf, low budget shit that it seems like a satire. It's the instruction guide on how NOT to do a parade.

I live in Dallas but only moved here earlier this year from New York. I'm moving to California in January.
