I have to work 4 pm til closing tonight at the library and I'm already bored by the thought. It's probably going to be a little busy at first and then completely dead.

The past few years my boss has been like fuck it everyone go home at noon but he isn't here today and now we can't leave unless he says so. :|

Yea. People would be up in arms if we randomly closed early. THEY NEED TO CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK RIGHT NOW.

Some people are like...WHAT! You're closed FRIDAY TOO?! I'LL HAVE NOTHING TO DOOOO.

I just look at them like...wtf, we're a library. Go outside and get some fresh air

No. It's a public library. People are just completely dependent on our computers apparently and don't even know how to do other things.

I had a mother ask me what she should do with her son this week since he's off
