So I saw this in an early screening for my newspaper. Save your money.

The main character, Josh Peck's character, is extremely unlikable, and I never found myself rooting for him. Hemsworth and Connor Cruise provide a bit of comedy relief, and for a movie to be so "RAH RAH FUCK YAH AMURRICA" (at least that's how I took it, because I saw it the day after Election Day), having an Australian co-lead was a bit silly.

It was poorly acted and basically what most boys picture when they play Call of Duty, if that makes any sense.

However, I interviewed Josh Peck, and he's so QT and nice and down to earth, and looks better in person than in the movie.

I also saw Rise of the Guardians, and that was SO CUTE, and the hidden messages within the movie were really touching.
