lol I have one too - and yes, she is by far one of the most standoffish cats I've ever known/had. Her brother (bio brother at that) couldn't be friendlier if he knows you. Her? You'd better have food (or at least let her gnaw on your fingers) or she's not getting near you lol.

aw, I used to have a calico. She was sassy as fuck, but a HUGE cuddler. She was the type of cat that if she jumped on your lap for a cuddle and you weren't paying attention, she would start tapping on your chest with her paw. It was the cutest fucking thing and I miss her so soo much :(

calicos have the most distinctive personalities, from my experience of owning them and working at a vet clinic.

mine thinks she's a dog (she plays fetch with her toys, growls when someone comes to the door). she will only play with orange toys. she hates males. and she's just weird in general... but i adore her so much. ^.^
