I don't think there's much I can do to help, and I don't know if you've already tried this, but I've found that the only thing that helps with my body image is exercise, especially when I try to focus on other goals besides just weight loss. For example, saying that I want to be strong so that I will be able to protect myself if I ever need to, or in shape enough to go on a hike in a really beautiful area. Weight loss and fitness go hand in hand with that, but when you focus on what you want your body to do rather than just how you want it to look your whole attitude becomes a lot healthier. It's harder to hate your body when it's doing something amazing.

I hope things get better for you soon. I've struggled with body image and eating issues for a long time and it's taken making a conscious effort to change everything about the way I look at food and exercise to finally not feel awful all the time.
