I understand why someone with tickets would be mad, but then I remember why she's cancelling. She's losing someone (it doesn't even matter that it's a dog - it's someone she obviously loves very much) and she's not feeling too happy at the moment. I'm sure the ticketholder could get a raincheck or refund anyway.
