I lol'd not even gonna lie. I love this show to death, I love all the woc characters (yes even cassandra) I'm not giving up until it's actually dead! Fans don't forget to watch this on Tuesday 9pm on the cw! Non fans, mind trying to give this show a shot? It might be worth it! It's so important to watch this live on tuesday! :) If you can't, dvr it, watch it on the cw website, or buy it on itunes. Oh and remember to check in to getglue, because cw checks that stuff.

i know shes not. its how its portrayed in he promos. like how she doesn't want her friend to date a black girl and interupts their dates, she goes behind the other doctor back to do something to his mom.

i don't watch the show but these promos make her look like the bad person.

CW is the worst at promos. The black girl was and still bullies Emily, hence the way that she acts.

Well, phrasing it "doesn't want her friend to date a black girl," makes it sound like it's for a reason that it's not. The black girl, Cassandra, is her high school nemesis who still treats her like absolute shit, and Emily has feelings for the friend. That's why she asked him not to date her - b/c it would hurt her too much to date not only another girl, but a girl who tortured her through high school and still continues to torture her at the job where they all currently work.

The episode with the other doctor and their mom hasn't even aired yet, so I don't think it's fair to judge on that, esp since the doctor is probably going to end up being angry only b/c it was his mom, and whatever it was that Emily did would probably be fine if it was any other patient, but he is obviously too close to the case and probably should not be treating his mother.

Like even if Emily's feelings for Will weren't there, why would you date a girl who is horrible to one of your close friends? It isn't like he hasn't seen Cassandra do shady things to Emily. And his Nice Guy entitlement act, UGH. I was kinda hoping Emily would just let him date Cassandra and then for the show to have Cassandra just be like ~laters when she realises she can't use him to wind Emily up, and for them both to just move on to Micah instead.

Well, he doesn't see ALL the horrible things to Emily, but I'm pretty sure at this point he's seen enough. Cassandra isn't exactly subtle. Will is a derpy derp anyway. Micah is where it's at.

IA. Like even if he doesn't see firsthand all the shiesty shit she does, you see how TORTURED Emily is by her. Why would that be okay with you??!

IA, Emily needs to focus on Micah bc he obv likes her. I think she is starting to like him, too. She looked ~sad at the bar when he went off with the other doctor lady

I can't really attest to how you perceive the promos, and they of course come across differently to me because I've seen a few episodes, but I guess that means they're advertising this show the wrong way. If a promo only really appeals to people who already watch the show, it's probably not the kind of response the network was hoping to generate.
