If you're making food at home a lot I think it's pretty easy, you just have to get used to not having meat as a main staple. I knew it took me a while to get used to it and I used to think it was more expensive, but I don't think so anymore. Broccoli and brown rice are your friends. However, when eating out it is much easier to be able to eat meat since there are very few places that are veggie friendly.
