Which One Direction Guy Cries During Movies?

article-2226102-15C8AEE7000005DC-146_634x424

The boys of One Direction haven't slowed down since coming in third place on the U.K. version of the "X Factor" in 2010. They released their debut studio album Up All Night in the U.S. back in March, which landed at the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, making them the first British group in U.S. chart history to enter at #1 with their first album.

Since then, they have embarked on their first-ever U.K. headlining tour, released their chart smash, "Live While We're Young," announced their world tour and on Tuesday (November 13). released their highlight anticipated sophomore album, Take Me Home. To say the past eight months for the boys have been a wild ride, would be an understatement.

VIDEO AT THE SOURCE.

Yet, in those past months, the fivesome have been spending a lot of quality time together, and in just two short years have become fast friends learning all about each other's likes and dislikes, so when MTV News caught up with the boys, we asked them to spill the dirt on one another.

These guys have performed in front of thousands and thousands of Directioners and have sung their hit songs countless times, so one would think with all that practice that they would know their lyrics like the back of their hands. Think again, because according to Niall Horan, Liam Payne often times forgets his own lyrics... and he's aware of it.

"Like three times in one show," Payne admits about forgetting his lyrics. "If I don't have my head prepared for what's happening... I thought we were doing like three songs for a show, but we were doing the whole show, so I had forgotten everything. I was like 'I have no idea."

Yet, we didn't just talk about music. We, of course, wanted to tap into the more personal, sensitive side of the guys of 1D, and what they revealed might surprise even the most die-hard Directioners. We found out that Payne falls in love the easiest, and that Harry Styles might just be the most likely to cry during a movie.

"I get close a lot," Styles revealed. "You know when you get the shivers?"

Yet, Styles isn't the only one.

" 'Ted' made me nearly cry," Horan admitted. "It's kind of like 'Marley and Me.' "

Louis Tomlinson added, "Do any of you watch 'One Tree Hill?' When Uncle Keith died, that was a tearful moment!"

To find out which guy has the worst morning breath and which member they would choose to have at their sides during a fight, make sure you watch the video.

MTV News will have much more from our interview with One Direction every morning at 9 a.m. ET, so make sure you check back all this week with MTVNews.com.

I cry at every damn thing, I'm such a sap

the most embarrassing thing for me is "Homeward Bound." It's not embarrassing to me that I cry during the movie...it's the fact that when I merely describe the ending to people, I start crying. That has happened on more than one occasion lol o.o

I can't even watch Homeward Bound anymore haha. I haven't seen it since I was a kid.

It's one of my most favorite movies of all time. I have it basically memorized and quote it regularly. "HE BIT ME WITH HIS BUTT!!" "You wait for that bus!" "Idon'twantitIdon'twantitIdon'twantitAAAYYEEAAAYEEAAAYYYEDON'TWANTITIDON'TWANTIT"

I dunno how the hell I managed that scene when I was kid

I watch it now and I'm like WHY THE HELL DID THEY DRAG THIS OUT SO MUCH. JESUS CHRIST MAKE IT STOP ;_; ALL THE TEARS

Aw. I never cried during Lion King until I watched it in French class in high school and Simba's walking through the gorge going "Papa? Papa~??" I was bawling and the teacher looked at me like I was insane.

That is completely understandable, tbh. I can't think of Shadow running to Peter without tears welling in eyes.
dearmisterecho 14th-Nov-2012 04:01 pm (UTC)
The build up is just ridiculous. "He was old. It was too far. He was too old." "Aww Peter..." and then the pause...and then the music starts playing...wah wah wah, wah wah wah wah wah WAH wah wah, wah-wah WAAAH WAAAAH WAAAH... and you see him limping over the hill. "Peter." "SHADOW!!!!"

I AM ABOUT TO CRY JUST TYPING THIS, JESUS CHRIST
minderbinder 14th-Nov-2012 04:07 pm (UTC)
And when he starts to run even tho he's in pain and limped all the way home

THIS FUCKING MOVIE
dearmisterecho 14th-Nov-2012 04:13 pm (UTC)
And to top it all off, with Chance going "I realized something...I had a family. And I was home."

If I could curl up with Harreh, watch "Homeward Bound" and cry with him, the entire universe would implode on itself, because the moment would be too perfect for existence.

One time I was just thinking about the end and I stared to cry. So embarrassing because I was at work.

You're excused. I can't even think about Shadow without getting distraught.
