50 Cent Goes On QVC, Makes $177,000 In Just 9 minutes!!!



When former drug dealer-turned-rapper Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson named his debut album Get Rich or Die Tryin', one can't imagine he was talking about playing salesman on QVC.

He was on QVC this weekend, sniffing perfume and selling his STREET brand wireless headphones. The headphone business is a lucrative one dominated by Dr. Dre's Beats By Dre brand and everyone from Jay-Z to the enterprising businessman is looking for a piece.

It appeared to be working when the rapper was at the home shopping channel's West Chester campus.

First, the rapper talked about what he likes in a woman, including how she smells and what she wears.

i use the earphones that are $9.99 from walgreens or target. not gonna spend hundreds of dollars on earphones.

yeah in a few years sure. but if u knew me you'd know i'd break the 100 dollar ones within a year anyway. so i'll stick with the cheap shit.

I treat my earbuds like I do my sunglasses: it's stupid for me to spend any significant amount of money on them, because they get broken so easily, and in the case of sunglasses, get lost as well. I can't imagine spending $250 on headphones.

no imo if they weren't a gift I wouldn't have them or even buy them again. They have really good customer service though

I wish I could afford to buy really nice headphones.
It's worth buying good one's for a hundred dollars with quality sound that will last rather than keeping cheap ones that are crap.

Mine's are 150 but I don't used them as the everyday one, just during colder period because no need for earmuffs and they are comfortable as fuck and don't have to answer the phone but it's built in. On the cheap end I spend between 20 to 40 on sony headphones for everyday kind.

i've got a pair of Ultimate Ears 600s.

Pretty awesome, but i've already broken two pairs because of my own moronic ways of not taking care of them. thank fuck for a two-year warranty. Just email them, they send me a UPS sticker, I mail them in and in two weeks I get a new pair for free.
