Playing stylish character Naomi, AnnaLynne donned a super short mini dress on set.
Teaming the barely-there dress with statement accessories including a bright orange tote and amethyst necklace, AnnaLynne made sure all eyes were on her.
However, the 90210 actress' high heels, while looking great, almost caused the tall star to take a tumble as she emerged from the Shaky Alibi eatery on Monday.
AnnaLynne managed to avoid disaster by steadying herself on the cafe's doorway.
Taking it in her stride the actress immediately jumped on her phone, managing to keep balance while texting as she strode down the pavement like it was a catwalk.
