Gotta love that moment when a customer realizes they've offended me. Last night I was ringing a lady up and she told her friend she was just "watching to make sure I scanned everything correctly". This was after we'd had over 2 hours of a constant line, not a single break at all. So, I looked up and told her I was making sure I was doing that, but I guess my face gave away the fact that I was pretty offended and she apologized. I get that people want their stuff rung up correctly, but when they say stuff like that they're saying I'm an idiot and can't do my job.

All the crazies were out in full force yesterday.
