My gym does spin classes and I want to try one but I'm sooo scared and self-conscious!! I go to the gym on my own. I feel like everyone in that class will be a regular and I'll be panting my lungs out and needing to stop but obviously I can't or it'll be humiliating. I hear it's good for losing weight though so that's why I want to do it. How is it for you in terms of my self-conscious problem and losing weight or getting fitter?
