Spinning is so ridiculously hard but if you can keep up with it you can shred those pounds so easily. I spin at home these days now that my lungs are fucked. I wouldn't be able to keep up with a typical class anymore.

I do about 45 mins of Spinning a day plus crunches. It's all I can handle for now. I do miss my stairmaster though :(

Make sure to drink some gatorade along with Smartwater.
