pretty sure it was carols because of the whole cherokee rose thing. And that was a cherokee rose.

Did we actually see Carol die? I marathoned from half way through season 2 up until the latest episode and a lot of it has blurred. I know that TDog sacrificed himself so that she could get away, but I don't remember seeing her dying.

No we didn't. I don't think she's dead. I don't think they'd ever kill her off screen. They found her head scarf thing so they all just assume she's dead. The grave doesn't have a body in it they just dug it in memory of her.
