Adele: 'I'll only diet if it affects my health or sex life'

Adele has revealed that she will only lose weight if it affects her health - or her sex life.

The 'Someone Like You' singer said that she is ignoring critics and is perfectly happy with her size.

She said: "I read a comment on YouTube that I thought would upset me - 'Test pilot for pies' - but I've always been fine with it.

"I would only lose weight if it affected my health or sex life, which it doesn't."

The new mom addresses the issues in her new book Adele: The Biography.

Some people literally are meant to be thicker. There is a genetic thing at play.

Yeah, there's just a lot of badness floating out there from people who use "different body types!" to account for anything and everything. My roommate went from 300 lbs down to 160, purely through diet and exercise. She's been at 160 for a few months now and, yannowwhat? Maybe that's the weight she's just "meant" to be. She's insanely healthy and she is continuing with her regular diet and exercise routine and her body is staying right where it is. Sounds like the definition of an "ideal weight" if ever there was one.
