Victoria Jackson On Obama's Win: 'I Can't Stop Crying, America Died'



Victoria Jackson hasn't exactly been a beacon of rational political analysis, but her post-election meltdown on Twitter may take the cake. After Barack Obama was declared the winner, the former "SNL" castmember proclaimed that America had "died."

For context, Jackson is the actress who proclaimed that she would have a baby if impregnated through rape, uncovered a "secret, underground group" of Hollywood Republicans and said gay marriage would "make God mad."

Someone on my facebook is complaining about gas prices and blaming it on Obama winning.

My mom said she voted for Romney because she wanted "something different." I mean, wtf? You're not looking for a new restaurant to try.

Lol, This is what my mom does. Not for president but for every other seat she just voted for the new person. Because she says the people in office didn't do anything. Please. I know she doesn't follow our state's politics.
She said Obama didn't do anything. Then I asked her what changes have presidents made that directly affected our lives and the one thing she thinks of was Obama's healthcare plan.

my mom doesn't pay attention to anything. I asked why she voted for Romney and she said Obama didn't do anything. I asked if she knew Romney's plan, she had no answer. Then she bitched about gas prices and how horrible Obamacare is, even though she has no idea what it is.

I'm not looking forward to Thanksgiving this year. My family is a bunch of racist, homophobic, still living in the 50s Italians.

Why do the fundamentalist Christians believe that a Mormon has more of their Christian values than a Christian? I understand that Romney is more socially conservative, but when it comes to religion, his beliefs are not aligned to someone like Victoria Jackson... so it's a little weird to think that she thinks Obama is godless when he's actually closer to her than Romney.

I live in an area with a ton of Evangelical Christians and they were divided. 50% of them refused to vote for Romney because he's Mormon and 50% of them justified it with the hope that he would ban abortion.

You also have a lot of "Christians" who really don't know anything about Mormonism and wanted a reason to support Romney because he's a Republican.
