Sam Worthington Reportedly Arrested for Fighting in Atlanta




Australian-born actor Sam Worthington was arrested in Atlanta on Saturday for allegedly fighting in a bar, it’s been reported.

Police told the website TMZ that Worthington, 36, was refused entrance to the venue Vortex because security at the door believed he was too intoxicated.

Worthington — best known for the portrayals of Jake Sully in Avatar, Marcus Wright in Terminator Salvation and Perseus in Clash of the Titans and its sequel, Wrath of the Titans — allegedly pushed the doorman twice and the doorman responded by pepper spraying him and putting him in cuffs until the cops arrived.
