Taylor Swift's 'Begin Again' performance at the CMAs



Taylor Swift sings her heart out during a live performance at the 46th annual 2012 Country Music Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Thursday (November 1) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 22-year-old singer performed her song, “Begin Again” off her latest album, “Red”.

During the performance, the stage was set up as a cafe in Paris where Taylor walks out singing and sits solo at a table. Lyrics of her song included “I’ve been spending the last 8 months, thinking all love ever does is break and burn and end. But on a Wednesday in a cafe, I watched it begin again.”

At the end of the performance, Taylor received a standing ovation from the crowd.

ia I think it was mostly to appease country radio though. she starts promoting I knew you were trouble for the uk as a single in december though so hopefully that means it will be a single here in the us then too

I went out of my way and actually purchased 'Red' and think it's a pretty good album. But christ, I can't stand seeing this girl. Her goody-good image just makes me want to fucking vomit. This Alice in Wonderland style she's got going has to stop. This entire performance screams "A Walk To Remember."

I don't understand people's hatred of her image, especially when it's coming from other women.

Is it just me or does it feel like she's not actually singing? Maybe it's my internet, but it seems like her mouth is not in line with her words when she is singing. Love her, though.
