Man for that interrogation scene alone, they're getting their Emmys next year. That scene was stunning. I don't think I breathed through the entire thing.
That scene was so amazing. I just watched the ep last night. I think my jaw was on the floor the whole time. The two of them. Amazing. I have no other words.
lol the whole time I was watching the Dana/Finn scenes I kept thinking of how the girl who plays Dana said she liked being around him cause they're almost the same age whereas Xander is 24.
Honestly, I've thought after almost every episode that things could fall apart/get out of hand immediately, and the writers haven't let me down yet. So I'm just trying to relax and go with it--as much as relaxation is possible when watching Homeland...
I know, I see Brody in a leather jacket on water skis, I'm just hoping that boat engine doesn't start up.
I'm so worried this is going to end badly. Someone on here earlier tonight was complaining that the Dana shit was boring, but I don't think I'm hft shit.
I punched my screen at some point, damn you Brody.
Also, without fail whenever I'm seeing Homeland live someone has to come knock and ask me to take their BP. Seriously pissed I missed part of the interrogation.
Who was that woman on the ground? Also QUINN YOU CRAZY. I DON'T TRUST YOU.
i actually thought this was a boring ep :/ didnt the actress for dana say this would be one of the most exciting? idk id been studying all day with a mean headache ill just blame it on that :(
Dana and Finn went out on a date and Dana was feeling moody about her dad, so she egged him on to "have some fun" which meant driving crazily through alleys to lose his security team. Then they hit a woman--she doesn't look dead, but it's serious. Then he convinced Dana that they should drive away. Privileged rich kid behavior, shady as fuck. I hope she turns him in.
Oh, wow. Although it's interesting that Dana's ability to spill the beans gives her, and by extension, Brody, leverage with the VP if/when the truth about Brody hits the fan.
I watched the first season and caught up with the second season this week, so this was the first episode I was able to watch live. I love this show so much! It deserves all the awards and praise it's getting.
This first sentence describes me. But I find the show so annoying and filled with cop outs you can see coming a mile away. I always seem to be on the other side of the majority with any TV show. The only actors I'm willing to give kudos to are Morena Baccharin and Morgan Saylor (wife and daughter).
That said, I haven't seen this episode yet and last episode I said "FINALLY."
For me, Claire Danes and Damian Lewis sealed their next Emmy wins with this episode. I admit that there have been some cop outs in this show, but they handle it so well and I like that they don't drag things out.
Ugh, I hated last seasons season finale. It was so obvious Brody wasn't going to go through with it so I kind of resented my time being wasted like that. Although this was a better long term reveal of Brody being a terrorist than if he had just exploded himself, but I still think the writers could have gotten to the point in a way that felt less cheap.
ALSO DANA AND FINN WTFFFF

THIS FLAWLESS WOMAN.

Give it to them.

OK, tell me.
It involved Finn, didn't it? I knew that "goodnight, Sally" text was a sign of his shadiness.
That said, I haven't seen this episode yet and last episode I said "FINALLY."
this season has kinda been predictable so far, but they do such a good fucking job of it. this episode was sooooooo good. WHY HOW WHY?
