As i said below both sides in the trial have admitted she used and was addicted to several drugs. Nobody challenged the claim of meth and finding it in the home which makes me believe it is in fact true. I believe it is partly why she aged the way she has (also all the cigs, partying, tanning, poor choices all around) but also I believe it is why she has that dead look about her. I've seen addicts after years of abuse and a lot have that creepy look

A story like this happened in Saudi where an Indonesian nanny working for a Saudi family chopped off a 6 month year old's head and waited for them to come back and told them to "go up stairs and find the baby"

If this woman is a nanny it would be a pretty poor choice for her to admit to being around drugs while taking care of kids. Especially if she saw Britney use them while around the kids and never reported it.
he didn't testify to meth on the stand he claimed it was a white bag and flushed it down the toilet and his lawyer never brought up the drug residue in carpets past opening statments. unfortunately for Sam drug sniffing dogs don't identify what class of drugs when they're are found on the spot.
Well, Lynne and Jamie haven't testified yet, so we're really going based on what Sam has said so far. As Britney's side calls more witnesses, I'm such some will dispute it.
No one disputes that she was taking drugs to self-medicate -- however, there is a difference between using drugs and being addicted. It also doesn't mean that Lutfi is telling the truth when he says that Britney had meth residue on the carpet where her children were playing.
You seem to have a much more specific list there than the opening statement from the defence actually testified to. Source? (I don't doubt Britney was self medicating, but I just see so many people absolutely determined of what she was taking and to what extent without her team ever having been specific about it. I'm wondering if there's some source I'm not aware of)
Also, the Spears' lawyers declining to make a thing out of the allegation (at least so far, early days yet) does not automatically = it's true. Especially in a trial where the lawyers are going to be working to strategy and will pick and choose what lines they think are most beneficial to focus on and when rather than just doggedly attacking line by line.
