Jessica Biel Changing Name to Jessica Timberlake!





 Jessica Biel is making a big step after her wedding to Justin Timberlake – she will be changing her name to Jessica Timberlake!

 “Yes, I’m changing my name,” the 30-year-old actress told People. “My professional name will still be the same, but for life, yes, I think it sounds great. I think I really won the jackpot of names.”

 “It’s hard to find that one person in the world,” Jessica shared. “Once you find that person, go for it. That kind of commitment is very special.”

a wedding day should be about u being as happy as possible b/c ur marrying the person u love & think are going to spend the rest of ur life with. and some other people you are related to or like can come & help celebrate... but tbh fuck them b/c its UR day & U can be as happy as u want & can show it however u want!

Who are you to say what their wedding is about?

We wanted our wedding day to be a big fun party. We love each other, we aren't religious, and we knew we were committed years before our wedding- we just wanted everyone to have a great time celebrating it.

I hate when people are so stuffy, judgemental, and stuck on this super serious wedding. A wedding is what you want it to be....

I pretty sure the most important thing is the happiness of the two people involved and their future together. Judgemental much?

It'll only be interesting if others play a part in their relationship (hopefully that doesn't happen). Nearly 0 people care for their marriage and even less would if they divorced.

if i knew then what i know now, i would never have changed my last name. it costs a lot of money to change EVERYTHING over and i hate getting things in the mail addressed to Mrs. Adam Lastname. my name is not Adam....i only changed my last name people!

That's what I do. We've been married 7 years and I just sign everything with his name. I don't have the time or patience to take everything to the social security office and deal with it.

That's what I do too. My last name is french, and not one of the handful that Americans can pronounce semi-properly, so it always gets massacred. I'm using my husband's name in my day to day life, and maybe professionally at some point, but I can't change it legally because the province where I come from is the only place in the world that does not accept name change on the basis of marriage for women. I have to use his name for 10 years, and then apply as a normal name change if I want to go that route.

ugh that's why I'm never changing my name to my husband's. my mom gets stuff addressed Mrs. Tom _____ and I just don't get it. like, obviously by changing your last name you're signing away your entire identity and just becoming an extension of your husband, rme. so dumb.

My parents have a plating thing on the front of the house that says Mr and Mrs Dad Lastname. But they've owned the house for like 35 yrs and it's been there since the oldern~ days.

I changed my last name & I have never once received anything in the mail addressed to Mrs [Husband's First][Last Name], just [First][Last] And if anything is sent jointly it is addressed to [Husband First][Last] & [My Name][Last Name].

I didn't change mine when I got married because of passport/visa issues, but I said I would in the future. Thought about it for a bit. Hated the idea. Didn't. Everyone knows my last name is still my maiden name and yet I STILL get things addressed to Mr & Mrs Joshua lastname. Drives me mad. Mostly it's from his parents, which makes me doubly mad because I already dislike them.

I just got one of those name change kits online ($29) and it's not even been 2 months yet, but I've already got all of my legal stuff changed over to my married name, save for bank documents because my dumbass keeps forgetting to mail the paper in. Lifesaver, tbh. I wouldn't say it's worth $29, but MissNowMrs.com really did help me remember everything that I needed to file.

But yeah, the whole "Mrs. Husband's first name" thing is very annoying.
