Lawson have confessed that they have enjoyed receiving feedback from stars such as One Direction , Olly Murs and Ed Sheeran on their latest single 'Standing In The Dark'.
The four-piece band have just unveiled their debut album 'Chapman Square', and told Capitalfm.com that support from their peers is "really cool".
"About a month ago, Niall Horan from One Direction tweeted that he liked our new single which was pretty cool – we got a lot of feedback from that," admitted drummer Adam Pitts.
Ryan Fletcher added: "Olly Murs, he loves the single. We were just chatting to Ed Sheeran [and] he said he likes the new single which is really cool.
"We've been getting a lot of really nice support from our peers recently."
The group are currently preparing to head out on their new headline UK tour, which will kick off in lead singer Andy Brown's hometown of Liverpool on 31st October.
Meanwhile, the band were also in attendance for Ed Sheeran's recent Hammersmith Apollo show in London and were full of praise for the performance by the 'Lego House' man.
