Textured finishes in the nails category have been a trendy topic this Fall 2012, and according to OPI they predict it’s going to continue through Winter 2012, too. Recently the nail giant has announced the launch of eight new limited edition shades inspired and hand-selected by multiple Grammy Award winning recording artist, Mariah Carey. These shades include four new OPI Liquid Sand lacquers featuring technology for a textured, matte finish infused with reflective sparkle.
The pebbled finish that lightly shimmers with fine glitter particles is a new look in the nail industry—if your clients choose to wear it without a top coast, the lacquer gives nails a unique textured matte finish.
The Mariah Carey by OPI collection includes four Studio Shades, ranging from pink glitter to rich plum crème and four Stage Shades, each featuring the new textured finish. Shades include: A Butterfly Moment (frosty tan nude), Sprung (shimmery copper), Pink Yet Lavender (pink glitter with lavender shimmer), and Anti-bleak (deep, creamy purple).

These Liquid Sand polishes are amazing, I can't wear dem nail polishes but I'd love the black one and the electrik blue one. Beauty post time! Which colour is the best? I got CalGel nails done yesterday! $75 with tip but holy cow you guys, LOVE.
pity I have to start a new job really soon and idk if dark nail polish will fly, even on really short nails if I dress super boring otherwise.

and I got a TON of Sally Hansen polish when Walgreens had the COmplete Salon Manicure line on Last Chance Clearance.
The "Goldeneye" nail polish shade from the OPI Skyfall collection was sold out at my local Ulta, so I wanna go back today and see if it's in (they said to stop back on Thursday because that's when they get shipments). Are there any other good polishes in that collection?
i brought it up with my immediate supervisor (who is super cool and doesn't give a rat's ass) and he said just show that i'm good at my job, and then all the rest won't be a big deal.

I think Mariah's colors are ok. They are not very her, but cute.
