It reminded me of that law firm? brokerage firm? in New York that had a Halloween party where they all dressed up as homeless and poor people when the whole firm was foreclosing on people, like 'Haha, not only are we taking away your homes, we're dressing up and making fun of you too!'

My thoughts on vegan things is: Don't try to replicate dairy desserts. You can just make delicious desserts that are more comfortable being vegan.

There's a patisserie here in my town that makes a bomb vegan cheesecake. I can't even tell the difference. But generally, no.

I've attempted to make vegan cheesecakes about 20 times, only one tasted close.
