I feel like with his luck she's a serial killer or some crazy mad scientist who sought him out because he's a genius and now wants to remove his brain and study it.
Aw, after his quick heads-up when Hotch mentioned California, and then asking Blake about long-distance relationships, I had a fleeting thought we might see Lila once more.
So the calls can't be traced directly back to him, and because if he's having her look at something regarding his health (mental or otherwise) he won't want his job to find out.
This clip was so awkwardly enchanting and I have no idea what to feel about it.
Hope she's a serial killer but legitimately likes Reid (as in, she doesn't interact with him just because she wants to kill him). I want there to be the drama of them dating and then down the road Reid finding out she's a serial killer, not just a random arch of her trying to kill Reid.
Been anticipating a serial killer girlfriend storyline for Reid since S1, tbh. It kind of just makes sense. Hope they aren't really gonna do it, but if they do they better do it well.
I had to fight my computer to watch this (it's defiant), and am a bit underwhelmed. I mean, I sort of expected more. IDK. I sort of hope that she's more basic than potential serial killer. I can't imagine the impact on Reid if she turns out to be some kind of mass murderer.
I'm currently frowning at the fact that the last sentence makes it look like I see the characters from CM as real people...
i wish reid/prentiss or reid/morgan would happen instead of this creepy stranger... i know prentiss is gone now, i just haven't watched much since the premiere of season 7 for her glorious retrun.
but i will be there with bells on for another "reid in peril" episode because that's like catnip for me
I was kind of hoping she'd be blind, with all the stuff about being a "very good listener," not looking up his photo, etc. But then she said she'd studied his MRI. So, maybe not.
Super lame. Reid's a super genius and a profiler and it's totally setting up a creepy serial killer/stalker vibe. Is he that desperate for some he doesn't see it?

which I really don't get bc we get it, he's oblivious when women hit on him, but the women he HAS had contact with- Lila (COME BACK PLZ), Austin- they're gorgeous and were actually sweet. It's not like he can't get any. And all he'd have to do is go to Morgan and be like "hey I'm lonely" and he'd be laid with like 5 women that very night js.
Exactly. Or if he was after someone a little geeky or someone he could really talk to I'm sure Garcia has lots of analyst or Caltech friends she could set him up with. He doesn't need to go find a stalker-vibe doctor chick he only talks to on the phone.
I really hope there's a good explanation for this arc... and that the whole thing fizzles and Reid hooks up with Hotch instead. :)

edit lol ok after reader the other comments I realized I love it bc I love seeing adorable nervous Reid. She seemed sketchy. I think it was the way she ran her fingers down the curtain. WE KNOW WHAT AN UNSUB LOOKS LIKE YOU CAN'T FOOL US ANYMORE.
He's cute when he's nervous though.
