One Direction reveal they were naughty boys at school
CLEAN-CUT boyband One Direction have sold millions of records – but their naughty behaviour at school could have led to criminal records.
Heartthrobs Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson have admitted they all got in serious trouble during their schooldays.
Zayn, now 19, was the worst of the bunch. He got caught smuggling a dangerous pellet gun into school. The confessions of the boys who became pop sensations after they came third on the X Factor will shock many of their fans.
One Direction’s schoolboy antics came to light on a US radio show.
Zayn recalled his time at Tong High School in Bradford, West Yorkshire. He admitted: “I once got in trouble for having a BB gun at school. I didn’t shoot anyone, I just had it.
“It wasn’t even mine but I got done for having an imitation firearm.”
And Niall, also 19, confessed he was once suspended from strict Catholic boys’ school Coláiste Mhuire in Mullingar, County Westmeath, Ireland.
He was also warned that he could face expulsion if his misbehaviour continued. He said: “I maybe stole something when I was at school, like stuff off a friend.
“I was not a bad boy but I got suspended for two days for general messing about. I talked too much, which probably got me in trouble.”
Meanwhile, cheeky Louis, 20, hit his first ever bum note at The Hayfield School in Doncaster, Yorkshire.
He said: “I once got suspended for a week for getting my bum out at a school performance of Grease.”
Liam Payne and Harry Styles haven’t revealed any bad-boy behaviour – yet.
The revelations come just before the What Makes You Beautiful singers star in a TV advert for Pepsi across America.

except got fined a lot by prefects for not wearing namebadges or whatever else, rme. i wonder if they ever used fine money to buy themselves things.

the worst i can remember doing is cutting off this girls ponytail during art. she came in the next day with shoulder length hair and kept it that way pretty much all through high school. it was an upgrade tbh.

Funny, because whenever I wore mainly black band shirts under that shirt (which is why I didn't even know it was see-through) no one said shit. But wear something that could pass for my skin colour and I'm done. And I even explained! Kind of...I ended my explanation with "Would you rather I walk around with my bra showing?"
That was the "worst" trouble, but I was always in trouble for smaller shit like skipping, not doing any work at all, talking constantly through class. I got in a yelling match with a teacher once and stormed out of her class but even that didn't get me detention.
Never got a note home, detention, or told off by a teacher.
lame.
the best memory of that is when I was falling asleep in detention and the teacher kept walking past me to try and call me out, but every time she got close, I would wake up and stare at her like I'd simply been blinking. She never got a chance to yell at me - just gave me a vicious side-eye
once got detention from my asshole gym teacher for not participating in class, but he didn't give 24 hours notice and scheduled it for after school that very day, which is against policy, so I blew it off. he tried to accuse me of loopholing my way out of detention, but whatever cause I'm most likely going to have a much higher-paying job than a gym teacher.
