Tyra Banks creates TV show based on her life

The 'America's Next Top Model' host has sold a script based on her years as a teen model to America's ABC and she is set to co-create and executive produce the show with her friend Kenya Barris Banks, who is a TV writer.
According to the New York Post's Page Six, Tyra has called the comedy 'Fivehead', a tongue-in-cheek reference to her large forehead.
Tyra recently revealed she was bullied at school because she was so thin.
The model says she grew three inches and lost 30lbs in the space of three months when she was 11, which left her a target for bullies.
The 38-year-old beauty said: "When I was 11 years old, I grew three inches and lost 30 pounds in three months. So I went from being a mean bully, cute little chubby little girl to shooting up, 98 pounds and just looking sick and frail.
"I wasn't sick, but people thought there was something wrong with me. I was the brunt of every joke, every bad thing. I hated my reflection in the mirror. I would try to stuff food down my throat to gain weight."

Anyhow, I'm torn because it is a different story about a WOC that doesn't get told. On the other hand, Tyra is annoying as mosquitoes on a hot summer night.

And I thought Bunheads was a terrible title.
she is so self absorbed, i can't even handle it
I know that obesity and anorexia/bullemia are real problems, but it bothers me that the emphasis is not on being healthy in our society, it's how much criticism we can subject women's bodies too until they cut themselves up, starve themselves, eat more etc... to fit in that "perfect" mold.
It's disgusting.
Then to make this whole thing even worse, the saving grace for Tyra was getting into a profession and industry where a woman's look is the most important thing, and eating disorders run rampant.
And it's like you can never have a snack -- if you're overweight "Oh, you're really gonna eat that pastry? Really?" If you're skinny or underweight, "Yeah whatever you'll probably barf that." or "Yeah well you can HAVE THAT because you're TOO SKINNY."
I try to keep my mind in "staying healthy" -- like I should be concerned if I'm not working out, not because I'm not burning off the pounds like mad, but because I'm not properly using my muscles and staying in shape, etc.
i demand to know i was totally disappointed
