Rebel Wilson sells movie to Universal that she'll write & star in

Universal Pictures has acquired an untitled comedy pitch from "Pitch Perfect" star Rebel Wilson.

Pitch is based on an original idea from Wilson who is also attached to write, produce and star.

Senior VP of production Erik Baiers will oversee the project for U.

Besides "Pitch Perfect," the WME and 3 Arts-repped Wilson can be seen next in Chris Colfer's "Struck by Lightning" and Michael Bay's "Pain & Gain."

Doesn't make the slumming less embarrassing. At least this queen is on to much better things so we can forget that TV star loaded vanity project ever happened soon.

I can't stop listening to the Pitch Perfect soundtrack.

It's the closest thing to watching the movie again I have atm.

let's hope that it's about a story about a bigger girl that actually gets the guy/is genuinely awesome and not just the ~hilarious sidekick~
