The Girls Aloud star has lifted the lid on what really went on between the former friends following her untimely departure from the US judging panel.
Cheryl, 29, admits she sent SiCo a foul-mouthed message when she was dealt the blow by the show's executive producer.
Annoyed the straight-talking mogul hadn't warned her about the sacking, she text him: 'F*** you. F*** Britain's Got Talent. F*** the orange and purple outfit. F*** big hair. F*** the UK X Factor. F*** you all.'
In her new autobiography Cheryl: My Story, serialised in The Sun on Sunday, she goes on to explain Cowell had insisted she changed her styling and accuses him of sacrificing their friendship for the sake of the show.

Cole said she messaged him: 'I hate you. I understand you're a businessman, and what I've learned from this is that business means more to you than our friendship.'
The Under The Sun singer, who was a judge on the UK X Factor alongside the media mogul for three years, said Simon asked her if she wanted to return to the UK show after the first day of US auditions in 2011.
Describing his comments as 'irritating beyond belief' she said: 'He [Simon] seemed more arrogant than ever and he began speaking quite rudely to the contestants as he told them what to do and where to go next.'
Three weeks later, she says she was asked to meet The X Factor's executive producer in a London hotel where she was dealt the blow.
She was offered Gary Barlow's role on the UK version as a sweetener but turned it down.
Cheryl was replaced on the US panel with Nicole Scherzinger, who was also axed from the show before winding up as a judge on this year's UK series.
Cheryl and SiCo have since buried the hatchet with Ms Cole recently appearing alongside Over 28s mentor Gary at Judges' Houses.

If you can't think of anything remotely inventive to name your autobiography, it's a sure sign you needn't bother publishing it.
That book is nothing more than a stock filler for Christmas from lazy publishers.

The X-factor is glorified karaoke and it's where overrated and past it celebrities go to eke out a living. But its biggest crime is that it's fake *and* boring - boring, boring, boring.
