meh, i think if i were in her place i'd be the same, she's kinda in a grieving stage and the first part of that is the anger and regret, i mean they all went through some crazy shit
I mean, Arizona just went through a horribly traumatic plane crash. Her feelings towards Alex might not be fair, but emotions and logic don't always go together.
For one thing, why was Alex the one that amputated Arizona's leg? I mean I get that it was an emergency, but surely there was someone more qualified around (like idk an actual orthopedic surgeon lol). It felt like that was only to make Arizona hate him more.
Cristina talking about the animals fighting over Lexie's body was so horrible though omfg
Yeah, she tells Mark she heard animals around them and kept expecting them to come and kill them, but then she realized that they were fighting over Lexie's body, and how she tried to stop them but she couldn't get out
I don't rally understand why Alex had to be the one to amputate her leg either? That just seemed like a needless turn of events to, like you said, make her blame him again.
I refuse to believe that there was nobody else in the hospital that specialized in orthopedics to amputate her leg. What happened when Callie was on maternity leave? Did no one break bones or what?
ngl i was hoping for a flashback of lexie and i didn't even realize that she was talking about lexie's body, all i heard was there were animals around us and i thought they would eat me ughhhh sandra oh i love you you are an amazing actress that scene. that whole scene, and owen was washing her just ugh.
oh and i had no idea that grey's anatomy ep titles were after song titles. /dumbass
they never said and it was kind of strange since he woke up and had a "surge" and then died. i was waiting on an explanation on why they were calling him terminal
I just had a thought. I wonder if he died of broken heart syndrome - Takotsubo cardiomyopathy. It made sense if he watched the love of his life get eaten by animals!
This comment sums up everything I thought! I did like the voicemail Meredith left Cristina. Also, Cristina throwing the flowers at the interns was hilarious.
i don't watch this show anymore because it literally was just no longer enjoyable to watch. i gave up when there was that horrible accident where meredith/alex are stranded on the road with that girl screaming to help her father... i was like jesus christ enough is enough.
i don't understand why shonda had to take such a funny, sexy show and turn it into this horrific tragedy. like, the shooting episode was a really good episode and a good way to shake things up, but like, was more tragedy needed? wouldn't it be awesome if, i don't know, we stuck with the pregnancy/marriage/job fighting storylines? there was still so much to explore that didn't involve having lexie eaten BY ANIMALS.
I honestly don't see how they can ever really go back to having fun, carefee episodes again. The past 2 have just been torture for the characters and the audience :(
i don't understand why arizona was so furious with karev for taking a different job. they all just passed their boards and were moving on it seems like she should have been happy he was going to a good hospital. i don't like her anyway though
i understand her being mad at the ~universe and all "woe is me," but she is the sole reason that she was on that plane instead of karev. the sole reason. and for her to be all, "you were leaving, you're selfish, blah blah blah," like he was leaving for JOHN HOPKINS, where she herself worked. god forbid he finally chose to start bettering himself.
I don't think she was seriously angry as much as she was upset that he would be leaving her. She seems like the type of teacher that would get very attached to her students, especially if they were good at what they do.
I honestly don't think she's the type to be bitter about him moving on for a good opportunity.
I was wondering the same thing. Like all he had to do was get on an elevator, press a button, get off, grab the kid and return to the room. It's like he was off doing rounds or something.
like callie performed half a surgery during that time. Sloan had time to go over all those papers in that time... it felt like avery was gone for hours.
okay, but why twist the mcsteamy knife THAT bad!? like with that fucking song playing, him signing that form with richard, avery + sophie showing up one minute to late - i was a fucking MESS.
Mark hurt so much. The surge was just evil. And he didn't even get to see Sofia before he died! Or say goodbye to Derek. Rude.
And I'm a little pissed at Arizona for blaming Alex. It's not his fault. You CHOSE to get on that plane. Poor Callie for having to make that decision.
I can't wait for next week. LOL at Meredith yelling at Avery about defiling April.

Wait... WHAT???

I'm glad someone else likes Kepner, too. She's really grown on me, tho I did hate her in the beginning
