I'm ALMOST starting to care about some of the characters...? sort of? that scene at the end with those two characters whose names I forget was actually very touching.

Plague Dogs was such a sad movie. It's the first and only thing I could think about when reading the video title. Nothing short of Watership Down imo.

Both Charlie & Danny Took Levels in Badass last night! That was very encouraging! I still really only care about Miles, Neville and Rachel, however. Though I admit I was making ecstatic wolf-puppy sounds when my bb Mark Pellegrino showed up last night. <333

I feel like I'm only interested in this show because of Elizabeth Mitchell (she is my Queen). Though I know she hasn't had very much screen time, I may give in for her.

Yes, the lead character with the leather jacket and the "dead" mother that is instructed by her father to take care of her little brother like it's her "job."

in the second episode, when her mom was telling her to make sure she held onto her brother's hand, i had to roll my eyes and be like, big shocker Eric Kripke lol

I haven't seen this show yet but I'm a little curious. Can someone explain it to me? About 200 years ago, people survived and were able to live productive lives without electricity. But now, today, we all turn insane when the power goes out? Do they explain that on the show?

HA, good point. I think the idea is that we got so used to technology that people freaked out without it and it led to chaos and militia were able to take over and all. People are living without it okay now, it's just that other people are taking advantage and there's lots of violence and martial law and whatnot (not unlike 200 years ago, really).

the one thing that really bothered me was that the cars stopped and planes dropped out of the sky, power grid shut off's i can believe but how the heck did they manage that?

I just finished the first two episodes and so far I find Charlie insufferable. Girl, you are living in a post apocalyptic world and no one cares about your stepmom issues.

this show is pretty dire but i keep hoping it'll pick up for some reason. i wish i wasn't such a sucker for post-apocalyptic crap.

This show is getting so boring. It seems like they walk around and do stuff. All Charlie does is whine and complains to Uncle Miles. Only watching it for Gus
