Lindsay Lohan's attacker took over 50 pictures & videos of her

Lindsay Lohan is on the other side of an arrest for a change and she wants to see the guy who allegedly attacked her early this morning prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

According to our sources, Lindsay is telling friends she is still in shock over what went down this morning at her hotel room in New York. We're told she is sticking to the story she told cops -- that the man, Christian LaBella, attacked her after she confronted him for taking pictures of her and her friends.

We're told Lindsay feels the guy befriended someone in her group last night with the express purpose of getting to Lindsay. According to our sources, that friend didn't come back to the hotel ... but LaBella tagged along anyway.

Our sources says Lindsay saw the guy recording her with his phone and when she grabbed it ... she saw he had taken over 50 photos and videos and had been emailing them to friends.

According to our sources, Lindsay is not badly hurt -- no bruises, but a few scratches -- and plans on cooperating with police fully so LaBella can prosecuted for the alleged attack.

Well, the post this morning kinda made it sound like she was alone with some random guy. Which would have been a pretty bad choice. But it's much worse that she was with a group, yeesh. Sounds like this guy just kinda tagged along. What a scumbag.

The obsession this site has with escort theories is so ridiculous. He actually made friends with her posse just to get to Lohan, and he came back to her hotel with her friends. In what way is that an escort deal gone bad? Even in the police report they said several of her friends were in the hotel room with her.

This guy is a celeb stalker anyway, he has several pics of him posing with stars like Kim Kardashian, etc.

Think of him as an obsessed fan who was photographing her throughout the night to show off to his friends. It's still creepy, but I think the reason she became alarmed was because the night started at the club so he probably snapped her drinking ... possibly doing drugs.
