Adrienne Maloof's estranged husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, was given supervised visitation of their three sons because the judge had concerns about the plastic surgeon's temper, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
"Paul had wanted the judge to re-instate his visitation when he went into court on Wednesday but his request was denied. The judge would have given Paul his legal rights back to the kids if he felt that the allegations involving physical and emotional abuse lacked merit.
Maloof obtained a temporary restraining against her husband of thirteen years after he allegedly choked one of their children.
Supporting Maloof's bid for the temporary restraining order were sworn declarations submitted by a family friend, who is a retired DEA agent.
"I was also present at the family residence on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, when Paul arrived to pick up the children," family friend Ed Follis said in a sworn declaration. "I saw that Paul looked very angry, and he yelled at Adrienne about not taking the boys to soccer practice. I saw Paul grab one of the six-year-old twins by the hair, and he yanked the child. The child started screaming and appeared to be very frightened.
Maloof said in her declaration: "Paul has often shoved me to the ground, pulled my hair and yelled at me. In July 2012, he shoved me to the ground with enough force that I hit my head on the floor when I fell. I immediately jumped up because I knew that if I stayed down I could be kicked. He grabbed my hair and pulled. I grabbed his hair, trying to get him off of me."
The family chef also alleged that he observed "Paul drinking large amounts of alcohol and in particular, scotch on a daily basis. While at the residence Paul had a nightly habit of drinking one-and-a-half highball glasses full of scotch without ice or water.....When Paul drinks, Paul tends to fight with Adrienne. I have overheard many arguments between Adrienne and Paul and during some arguments I have heard Adrienne say, 'Get off me. Get away from me.'"
"Just because there was no evidence found of physical abuse by social workers doesn't mean that Paul is off the hook," the source says. "Paul has a temper and he is going to have to learn to handle it better."

Sheree Lands Role In Scary Movie 5!
Is "Scary Movie 5" determined to be the trashiest movie ever made? That's what it seems like based on the first two photos they've released from the set.
First, we get Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan in bed. Now, reality stars Angela "Big Ang" Raiola of "Mob Wives" and Sheree Whitfield of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" come, uh... chest to chest. Apparently the two will have a rather explosive showdown on the big screen.
"Scary Movie 5," which also stars Ashley Tisdale, Molly Shannon and Kevin Hart, is scheduled to open April 19, 2013.
NeNe Leakes talks Chateau Sheree!
While NeNe seems to have gotten over the season 3 argument that seemingly ended her friendship with Kim Zolciak, she’s still throwing verbal jabs at Sheree.
“I did bump into Sheree not long ago,” NeNe told “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen.
NeNe and Sheree were attending a funeral and rather than spark up a conversation that could have turned into a confrontation, NeNe said she didn’t bother to speak to her former co-star.
However, she did speak on the progress of Chateau Sheree, a home the aspiring designer has had under construction for more than a year now.
“The time I saw it, it was up looking like a box. I’m not sure she’s going to be moving in it,” said NeNe who once referred to the residence as “Neverland.”
As for her former BFF, Kim, who will still be a part of the show’s fifth season, NeNe said she’s moved on from that drama.
“I wish her nothing but the best, and I don’t hold a grudge, but I have moved on,” said NeNe who was originally supposed to record Kim’s hit “Tardy for the Party” with her.

According to sources, the relationships between the women was so unpredicatably volatile that producers were forced to let some go. Said an insider:
"Jacqueline [Laurita] and Kathy [Wakile] were not made offers, so Jacqueline won’t be back but look for Kathy to return in a limited capacity. Currently three [new] women are under consideration to join the cast. Caroline Manzo was made an offer to return and declined — it is possible she is waiting for a bigger offer or has something up the pipelines. She had only participated in season 4 so that her children would get exposure for their business ventures.”
Bravo has yet to confirm the firings, but if this is indeed true, that completely changes the show. Teresa Guidice's biggest enemies are out of the picture.

no one even believed Taylor until the photos were released.
I mean, if he is abusive, that is the shits. I personally questioned the validity as her behaviour towards Paul seemed to be contradictory to that of a woman who is fearful of her husband, but I am not an authority on such matters. Who knows. People questioned Taylor's abuse allegations but that was far more plausible.

Does anyone remember how Adrienne acted when Taylor was talking about her abuse? Was Adrienne sympathetic or acting like she would never be in that situation? I cant remember.

Theresa should be fired from RHoNJ. It's just going to be another season of her harping on the same shit that no one cares about.

just some advice, err on the side of caution when you decide whether or not to believe someone who has claimed abuse. unless you know for sure that they weren't harmed, you have no place to automatically not believe her. and yes, i realize you said you aren't sure. my point still stands.
