Hilary Duff's 25th Birthday Dinner with Mike & Luca

Celebrating quite an eventful and successful past year (recording, TV deal, novels, baby), Hilary Duff rang in her 25th birthday on Friday (September 28).

The former Disney Channel darling turned Hollywood mama was accompanied her hubby Mike Comrie and baby Luca for a dinner date in Beverly Hills, CA.

For the celebratory outing, Hilary donned skinny jeans, a white button up and added a touch of glamour with red heels as she toted her adorable six month old son inside the posh Tinseltown eatery.

Aside from dinner, the “Cheaper By the Dozen” actress enjoyed b-day festivites with her sister, Haylie, earlier in the afternoon, as she tweeted, “Had the best picnic in the park with little man and @HaylieK this afternoon best sis in the world.”

Feeling the love from her fans, Duff also took to her Twitter page to share her appreciation, writing, “Woke up to so many awesome birthday messages! Love you guys so much! Thank you for making me feel so special! Xx.”

I feel like I saw a cheaper version of that shirt at Forever 21 this morning
helders 29th-Sep-2012 07:27 pm (UTC)
you did
judgmental 29th-Sep-2012 07:54 pm (UTC)
that one looks cheap enough tbh
theuglycry 29th-Sep-2012 07:06 pm (UTC)
Going to dinner with a baby seems like such a bore.
xtinkerbellax 29th-Sep-2012 07:15 pm (UTC)
I would never, babies in restaurants, especially nice ones, are one of my biggest pet peeves.
ectypes 29th-Sep-2012 07:22 pm (UTC)
this. i suppose i understand in the case of a parent's birthday and actually find it kind of sweet that they want their child to be with them on their birthday.

but when parents just don't find a sitter/go out during peak dinner hour/don't leave the restaurant when their kid is sobbing and thus subject the rest of the diners to the noise i get pissed, and rightfully so. i would not subject other people to my kid's tantrums.
angelmonster 29th-Sep-2012 07:24 pm (UTC)
Same, I expect them at lunch but dinner is a big no no. Even in dives and pizza places, just don't.
scarletfbl 29th-Sep-2012 08:39 pm (UTC)
ia. My friend gets all up in arms about it. She said, "People don't understand. It's hard to find babysitters." I get that, I do, but I'll be damned if I shell out major bucks to go to a restaurant, or to a movie theater just to have some family with a wailing infant sit behind me for the entire film. She better take her ass to the dollar theater. I wouldn't give a shit if there was a baby in a cheap theater, etc.
lastingchances 29th-Sep-2012 09:10 pm (UTC)
lol ifkr
saintssin 29th-Sep-2012 10:25 pm (UTC)
That happened the last time some family friends came to town. My cousin brought her baby and he went all out. He shoved his hands into his food while repeatedly trying to get the attention from little girls around the restaurant.

I ended up chasing him around in a grass field until he calmed down enough to eat.
ballsmazig 29th-Sep-2012 07:07 pm (UTC)
Got a tat for my Queen yesterday on her bday!!

scarletfbl 29th-Sep-2012 08:43 pm (UTC)
Actually, on a tattoo scale of one to "You dun goofed, look at your life, look at your choices," this isn't that bad. If she ever stops liking Hilary, she can say it means something else. No one would know.

Except the tattoo artist.

And all the people she told before/after getting it.

And us now, I guess.
fashionbb 29th-Sep-2012 07:09 pm (UTC)

Embarrassed for you, she is already irrelevant.

'It stands for Hillary Duff.'

'Oh is that your dog?'

I'm thinking of tattooing Madonna's face on my ass.
uwannalala 29th-Sep-2012 11:58 pm (UTC)
Oh god, I remember when I girl at my high school (ten years ago.. i'm old) got a AJ from the backstreet boys tattoo. What a strange strange choice you've made.

Even if I LOVEEE an artist, I would maybe get a symbol for them at the most.. I couldn't imagine an "artist" (and I use that term lightly) initials.

That being said, after I read your responses.. at least you realize you'll probably remove it.

i cant believe she is only 25. she is a year and half older than me and my life is a mess. i couldnt imagine having a husband and a bb at this point, its so odd to me.
fashionbb 29th-Sep-2012 07:11 pm (UTC)
we're practically the same age. i seriously cant EVER imagine having a kid or a husband at this age. how the fuck...i don't even know.
but she has done a lot in her life, obviously more than the average person but still your entire life changes once you have a kid and husband. she seems so young.
winninghearts 29th-Sep-2012 07:18 pm (UTC)
I'm almost 24 and can't imagine having a baby myself rn, but I know tons of people who do have kids and are married, so it's not that weird to me.
ectypes 29th-Sep-2012 07:24 pm (UTC)
she was also living the life of an adult at, what? 13... don't compare yourself :)
trials_by_fire 29th-Sep-2012 07:27 pm (UTC)
that's true. i forget that i think because she is just so, idk, normal.
ballsmazig 29th-Sep-2012 07:46 pm (UTC)
yeah this. She's always been beyond her years
curious_maya 29th-Sep-2012 08:39 pm (UTC)
In former child star years, she's like 35. Any other normal person, it'd be a lot at 24/25.
sassypirate 29th-Sep-2012 08:50 pm (UTC)
I was just thinking the same thing. Only I turn 27 in a month and feel like my life is so ridic.
stillglows 29th-Sep-2012 09:01 pm (UTC)
same. i thought she was in her late 20s. i can't even imagine being married with a baby right now, the idea freaks me out a little.
wantons4u 30th-Sep-2012 12:09 am (UTC)
I just turned 25 a few days before she did and I'm like WTF?

I bet Lindsay Lohan feels like a mess compared to her...but then I think about Dina and realize why she's that way.
helders 29th-Sep-2012 07:13 pm (UTC)
she seems so much older than 25, but only b/c she's been around forever & seems so mature compared to her contemporaries. can't believe lizzie mcguire premiered when i was 10 and i am 21 now.
ballsmazig 29th-Sep-2012 07:52 pm (UTC)
Same!! 10 when I started watching LM. 21 now and still a fan
itsontd_bitch 29th-Sep-2012 07:14 pm (UTC)
25 y/o with a kid, I'd rather die.

I keep seeing this repeated in her posts but wtf? She's married and has a baby. That's not a grand accomplishment.
