it's more creepy than scary. and it's more of the aftershock for me. i'm not that scared while watching them but when i'm trying to sleep after watching it i get super freaked out.
Yes! I made the mistake of watching the second one after a whole weekend spent with horror movies. Trying to fall asleep that night didn't go all that well since I was terrified out of my mind.
They aren't scary at all. People may mysteriously pop up and or hear creepy sounds that make you wonder what it is, but I wasn't close to screaming or getting nervous/scared.
They're not terrifying but extremely creepy. They're not horror classics, but I respect that they all genuinely freaked me out with a minuscule budget.
It's like when on Masterchef one of them is talking to the cooks and all of a sudden starts listing off the many good qualities of the new Masterchef frying pan. And I'm like "...lemme know when you're done..."
And IDGAF, I love all three movies, tbh.
i'll still go see it b/c i love horror movies. i'm thinking of watching grave encounters or the tunnel tonight, anyone seen either? any good?
The Tunnel was really great, one of the better "found footage" films I've seen in a while.
And again, also think they have a good plot.
