The necklace is AGONY. The shoes aren't cute. I'm not in love with the dress. Basically she could've done a lot better but i'm not mad at the hair & makeup.

completely agree -- this is the first time I've seen her where she's looked semi-ok with the black hair though.

She also is looking much older all of a sudden, like she's smoking too much or worn out or something. She and Sharon look almost the same age.

She definitely looks older, I was thinking she looks like Cameron Diaz with the aging and I feel like she's not even 30 yet. I think the dark hair ages her too

I don't mind the look - it's a bit over the top with the huge necklace, but I like that. I don't get the posing with the ankles crossed though - looks ridiculous.
