If it gets deleted, it's also
It would be a good story if they couldn't just go back and get them. :\
Back in Blink some canon was established that once an Angel sends you back in time you're stuck there because... reasons.
Ahh of course... reasons.
But Martha and the Doctor also were sent back in time by an Angel and they got out via Tardis. So, this still doesn't make sense.
But I've given up on logic during Moffat's run.

Well the 2 main people, the cop and Sally's friend, it was established they both were left in the past and grew old so saving them would definitely create a paradox
I'm really stressed about this episode. I don't even know if I want to watch it but I know I will. And the theory that has been going around tumblr isn't making anything better.
Which theory is that?
[ dnw spoilers ] the Doctor is going backwards to the Pond’s timeline. He’s done 7x05 already, and keeps going back. And back. And back. Saying goodbye. detailed here

Eh. That theory seems possible. idk. Guh. I am just so uninterested in the Doctor's relationship with the Ponds at this point that I can't bring myself to care.
I'm a real sucker for angst and I'm still hung up on Series 5 Amy/Eleven's relationship to be affected too much by the fuckery that was Series 6. So I'm completely biased.
I just am sick of Moffat using the backwards time stream timey-wimey approach to make everything a little more "epic".
Yeah that's the one I heard and actually there are a lot of hints in the past 3 episodes to support it.
I'm going to be so pissed if that happens. I don't want the ponds to die.
If that's true I'm done with Doctor Who until Moffatt is gone. It feels like a chore to watch this show and that's not how it should feel.
oh man that looked like the regenerating glow-y hand. I hope there's not another Moff-out (moffat copout tbh)
good to know I'm not the only one that saw it as a regeneration glow-y hand.

well it should say mid-season finale, idk why Space put season finale
It's a "mid season finale". We get a x mas special and then the 2nd half of season 7 starts in the spring.
Spring? I thought it started immediately after the Xmas special. ):
Now looking into it on Wiki it only says "There will be six episodes broadcast in 2012, including the 2012 Christmas special. The remaining eight episodes will air in 2013."
So it doesn't exactly say when in 2013 the rest will air. Sigh. I hate this breaking up of the seasons shit.
Oh lord, Manhattan again? Didn't we go through enough accent-related pain in that damn Dalek episode in season 3?
yes, and "A Town Called Mercy" was pretty bad this season (with the accents) too
Seriously, that episode SUCKED.
I got stoned off my ass to try and rewatch it and still didn't find one thing amusing about it, I kept thinking, is this shit almost over? Longest. Episode. Ever. I couldn't be happier about the Ponds leaving tbh, Amy will always annoy the crap out of me. I'm just over them and 11, only reason I'm still watching is so that I can see the rise of 12 (whoever it may be). I'm of the inclination he will be better than 11

yeah i really didn't notice it but I'm not trying to nitpick like most of the people in these posts.
I have only come into this post to bless Canada for their wonderful trailer leaks. That is all.

I should be rme at this but honestly the news about Janet Fielding has me far too upset to be concerned about anything NuWho related. It just doesn't seem important anymore.
It looks good to me, too bad most of it we already knew was going to happen.
The last episode is the worst episode of this show that I have ever seen.
The Statue of Liberty being a weeping angel is sf predictable.
i dont get it, why is space releasing a 7.05 promo? did they already aired 7.04? is it online somewhere?
stop being impatient.
WAIT if the statue of liberty is a angel... how does it move? Isn't EVERYONE always looking at it?
Logic? Not in my Doctor Who run by Steven Moffat.
And it's not made of stone, it's made of copper!
Sticking to rules he's previously established? WHO DO YOU THINK MOFFAT IS?
Do you really need an explanation?
I'm so sick of this splitting the season in two crap. It's lazy and annoying. Lots of other stations/writers get their season out in 12-13 episodes without taking months off in between those episodes.
And also these first five episodes feel so pointless. Like why are the Ponds even still around?
I really love the Ponds, I do, but I just want them to live and be happy without any interruptions from the Doctor anymore. Plus I'm ready for Oswin tbh.
I have a theory that the old Amy/Rory we see in Hungry Earth (I think it was that episode..) is because they get sent back in time by the angels. Or wait, was that ep set for the future? CAN'T REMEMBER.
It's like 10 years into the future from where they were in season 5.
Oh damn.. well then they can't go back in time, because that was a fixed point wasn't it? Though Rory "died" then too...
I don't even know frankly. I give up.
LMAO I HEAR YOU.
I'm going to miss the Ponds. That scene on the spaceship when the Doctor & Amy were talking and he kissed her on the head... sniff
I won't be able to watch it tonight and I don't even think I care. Please don't destroy the last Riverness of River.
