cause besides the DUI, Amanda's had a bunch of fender bender type accidents. Lindsay chased down her former assistant with other people trapped in the car. Plus I think her harsher punishments (actual jail time) were for parole violations?

Amanda's had several hit & runs. sure, nobody was hurt or killed but you don't flee an accident, let alone several.

she's already been booked but probably posted bail

the process of sentencing, etc is really long too, and for small offenses like amanda, they don't take priority over much more serious charges
thus, her court dates are probably still a ways away

Y'all are wrong tho. Linds received her punishment after being prosecuted for her crimes. Amanda hasn't reached that stage yet, but she will. This stuff doesn't happen overnight.
